Storage and handling
- Store in carton at -18°C until required
- Shelf life 12 months from time of manufacture
- Bring to ambient temperature in cool place before use
- Fill with cool or cold filling before baking. Filling empty cases with hot filling may cause the pastry to blister.
- Use all thawed pastry cases within 24 hours of thawing.
