Storage and handling
- Store in carton at -18°C until required
- Shelf life 12 months from date of manufacture
- Bring to ambient temperature in a cool place when required.
- Use any thawed shells within 24 hours of thawing. Do not leave unbaked in cool room for more than 24 hours.
- Fill with cool or cold filling before baking. Filling empty cases with hot filling may cause the pastry to blister.
