Storage and handling
- Store in carton at -18°C until required.
- Shelf life 12 months from date of manufacture
- Place required quantity in cool room overnight before use, or bring to ambient temperature in cool place.
- Do not leave in cool room more than 24 hours before use.
- Fill with cool or cold filling before baking. Filling empty cases with hot filling may cause the pastry to blister.
