Storage and handling

• Store in carton at -18°C until required
• Shelf life 12 months from date of manufacture
• Bake filled at 180°C (160°C fan forced) until cooked
• Blind bake at 180°C (160°C Fan forced) until pale straw coloured.
• Do not microwave
• Reseal unthawed quantities and store in freezer until required
