Storage and handling
- Store in carton at -18°C until required
- Shelf life 12 months from date of manufacture
- Separate the required number of sheets, then reseal and return remainder to freezer.
- Can be hand rolled to deliver a thinner pastry if needed.
- Fill with cool or cold filling before baking.
- Butter has a lower melting point than other fats and so delivers a softer pastry that needs to be kept chilled during processing to ensure the best quality result
