Storage and handling
- Store in carton at -18°C until required
- Shelf life 12 months from date of manufacture
- Allow required number of tops to thaw overnight in cool room.
- Separate the required number of pie tops by “fanning” the thawed items between fingers. Reseal and return unthawed remainder to freezer.
- Place lids on filled pie bottoms and glaze as required.
- Bake as required
